Who we are

Skyren Engineering s.r.o., company ID 24969516, registered at Světova 523/1, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czechia, is the controller of any personal data processed through this website.

What we collect

This is a static website. There are no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. The only personal data processed here comes from analytics — and only if you agree to it:

• Analytics data — Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, referring site, device type and browser. This is collected only after you press “Accept” on the cookie banner.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting. This is technically necessary and is not used to profile you.

Cookies and consent

No cookies are set until you consent. We use Google Consent Mode: analytics storage is denied by default, and is only enabled when you press “Accept”.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked again. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page.

We do not run advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies.

Legal basis and retention

Analytics is processed on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Server logs are retained for a short period defined by our hosting provider.

Who else sees your data

Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which acts as our processor and may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at gdpr@skyren.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
